ESL Funding in Ontario

The responsibility for adult ESL in Ontario is shifting/has shifted from the Ministry of Education and Training. What does this mean for ESL funding in Ontario? Speakers at the recent TESL Ontario conference in Toronto seemed to suggest that it meant more money and better services. Our resident skeptic prefers to wait and see.
